Dead Gorgeous: A True Crime Clown Show was Madness of Two’s second show but first production, leapfrogging Claire Della and the Moon to burst its way onto the 2020 Adelaide Fringe.
A wacky blend of satire, clowning, music and dark, dark, DARK comedy, Dead Gorgeous: A True Crime Clown Show examines our society’s obsession with true-crime media, but its reluctance to tackle the root causes that enable these crimes to occur in the first place.
What could possibly be funny about murder? Why do we love murdered women more than live women? How do you wash blood out of your costume? All of these questons and more are tackled by our wacky, silly, murder clowns.
